More Info

Billed as a women’s only mud and obstacle 5 km fun run, Mudmoiselle is
open to all fitness levels. Last year obstacles included a tire wall, mud crawl
and jeep pull. Over a dozen obstacles are constructed on the ski hill at
various intervals. Participants are encouraged to let their inner child run free while testing their endurance, strength, and ability to keep a straight face.

“This year’s course will be muddier and we are planning to shake things up
and bring in some new obstacles” says Sondra Diebold, Community
Fundraising Specialist. “We love seeing teams dressed up and having a good
time. Teams are great at encouraging each other and cheering throughout
the course. No one is left behind.”

The goal is to have fun while raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society. “The money raised helps to fund Canada’s most promising cancer research and vital support services which help local patients and their families during a difficult time” says Diebold. Last year, over $175,000 was raised with nearly 800 participants.
