Teen Caught Speeding With Smashed Windshield
OPP in Lambton County said they pulled over a teen doing 80 in a 50 – and then discovered that his windshield may have had a chip in the glass:
#LambtonOPP charged an 18-year-old driver from Parkhill with speeding and operating an unsafe vehicle following a traffic stop on Townsend Line in Arkona at about 12:40 p.m. The driver was measured at over 80 km/h in a 50 zone. The vehicle was towed from the scene. ^dr pic.twitter.com/EZcbiEaczW

An 18-ear-old driver from Parkhill has been charged with speeding and “operating an unsafe vehicle.”
Unsafe vehicle, indeed.
Police, however, are yet to arrest this man:
